This didn't start in a kitchen.
In the Southern Mountain Region, Phoebe saved $10 a month until she could finally purchase a small piece of land. On that land stood a black walnut tree.
That tree became more than part of the landscape. It became part of the table — shared in recipes, desserts, and moments that stayed with people long after they were gone.
Years later, that memory returned in the form of something simple: warm syrup over ice cream and whipped cream. Rich, familiar, unforgettable. But over time, the version that once existed disappeared, replaced by products filled with shortcuts and unnecessary ingredients.
Phoebe’s Groves was created to bring that experience back in its simplest form.
Every jar carries that tree forward.

As the leaves begin to fall and new seasons take shape, Phoebe’s Groves will enter a new chapter with releases featuring original label artwork by award-winning artist Hawsé Sumi. More information to come.

Each batch is its own release — produced in small quantities, signed by hand, and tied to an original visual identity.

A signed and numbered release limited to 25 jars per batch. Produced weekly in small quantities and never mass produced..
The Print
Each batch features an original label composition created exclusively for that release. Once retired, it is never reused.

One-of-one mixed media piece. The singular artifact behind each batch's visual identity.

No restock. No duplication. No second release. Every batch marks a specific moment in the evolution of Phoebe’s Groves. Once a release sells out, it becomes part of the archive.
